Jung Sik-jun is a young boy born in Seoul, South Korea, in 1965. As part of an adoption program after the Korean War, he is adopted by a Belgian family in 1971 and grows up in Belgium. The film chronicles important moments of his childhood and adolescence by alternating current documentary sequences, archive footage and animated scenes forming fictional reconstructions of moments from Jung's past.
